DELIVERY POLICY

Product Availability
Saudade Baskets does not guarantee that all items included in the online store are in stock at the time of your order. We ask for your understanding in the delivery time, since all products are handcrafted processes from start to finish.
We are a family owned and operated business.

For in-stock parts available for immediate delivery, your order is shipped the next business day, taking 1-2 business days after shipping to Portugal. For europe and the rest of the world, in parts for immediate delivery, the part is shipped the next business day and the time to reach your hands, after shipping, depends on the region and country, and may take 3-5 / 5-10 / or even 30 business days in more closed and far-off regions and countries.


If the parts are not available for immediate delivery, you will wait for the production time, which is between 3 to 10 working days - which may be less - plus the delivery time after dispatch.


If the desired part is not available, and the delivery forecast exceeds the time indicated on the product page, Saudade Baskets will contact you by phone or by email.

 

Shipping and Deliveries
Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous clause, regarding the availability of products and unless there are extraordinary circumstances, orders will be shipped within the date specified in the Shipping Confirmation, provided by us at the time of purchase.


The carrier that will carry out the shipment will be CTT Portugal.


However, delays may occur for any of the following reasons:

- product customization;
- specialized articles;
- unforeseen circumstances or areas of delivery.

If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of that circumstance by setting a new date.

We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.


For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the "delivery" has taken place or that the order has been delivered, upon signature of the responsible person present at the agreed address.


Shipping costs are free for Portugal and € 15 for Europe and Rest of the World.

 

 


Impossibility of Delivery
If the delivery attempt is not possible due to the fact that no one is found to take responsibility for it, the carrier in question will contact you to pick up your order at the counter of the establishment closest to your address.


If you are unable to be at the agreed delivery location on the scheduled day, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to establish a new delivery date.


If the order is returned to the Saudade Baskets Establishment (Victoria Handmade Workshop) due to unsuccessful delivery due to absence at the address, lack of pickup, insufficient / incorrect address, among others, due to a customer error, Saudade Baskets is not responsible for reshipment costs. These reshipment fees on return items will be charged to the customer on a second shipping / delivery attempt.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, the items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of arrival and only if the product is in the exact conditions of the day of shipment and having proof of the invoice corresponding to the product of how the piece was purchased from us.


The Refund applies exclusively to products that can be returned under the same conditions in which the customer received them and if it is not personalized for you.

In case of return, return the item using including the original packaging. It must also include all the elements found inside the order box.

We advise you to return your order by registered post along with the receipt. Saudade Baskets is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond simply opening its packaging or if it has suffered damage; therefore, the customer must be careful with the products while they are in their possession.


If the product is in the exact conditions of the day of shipment and is not a personalized product, we will issue a refund within 30 working days from the day the product arrives at our facilities again.

We do not reimburse the costs of shipping charges on return items, just as in the case of returns where the product has not yet been shipped, charges for reimbursement of the amount are applied to the customer.
